LA:RISE Youth Academy Referral Form
Referral agencies and interested youth can fill out this form to be referred to a Youth Academy partner’s program.
LA:RISE recently launched the LA:RISE Youth Academy, a new program focused on improving housing, education, and workforce outcomes for the more than 3,000 youth experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles. The LA:RISE Youth Academy aims to provide over 1,000 young adults with education, employment, and social well-being services while permanent housing is being established to move them to a future of self-sufficiency and economic mobility.
The LA:RISE Youth Academy leverages existing successful partnerships and connections, and provides valuable services including: case management, work readiness, vocational training, work experience, and job placement. Additionally, the LA: RISE Youth Academy offers educational opportunities alongside job training.
