We work with refugee girls and when we get large orders we often are behind on delivering because of quality control and capacity. We want to build out the market but are concerned about quality control.

I think you are wise to be concerned about quality. Whether a SE or not, if the quality is poor the business will not sustain itself. I would suggest two possible options. One, keep your business at a scale that supports a quality product. Growth is always desired but don’t get ahead of yourself. Put together a growth business plan that supports quality development. Second, you may need to spend some time on development of a like-minded individual or business that would fund your quality concern.
