We’ve really worked hard to decrease the amount of paperwork required from participants at intake and reduce the friction they experience at the beginning of our program/social enterprise. Ours includes an abbreviated intake form, consent forms, HR documents for payroll, and a few “getting to know you” documents and self-assessments over the course of the first two weeks.
