The Kitchen is two cafes, a catering business and cooking classes, managed by Billings Forge Community Works as a business with a social purpose. Embedded in this farm to table business is a highly successful job training program for Hartford residents. They train upwards of 20 individuals a year in both culinary and customer service skills, working hand in hand with professional chefs to create wonderful food.
