Implementing Cognitive Behavioral Interventions within the Social Enterprise Context
Recorded: August 15th, 2017
Troubled behavior can be traced back to patterns of thought and perceptions that are learned rather than inherent. Increasingly popular within the workforce development space, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and interventions seek to change these patterns of thought and affect positive behavioral change. This webinar includes a brief introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy followed by a panel discussion with three social enterprises implementing Cognitive Behavioral Interventions. Center for Employment Opportunities, Goodwill Silicon Valley, and Roca describe their various models, how they are being implemented, and feedback from staff and target populations.
