Serving Women in Reentry Employment Social Enterprise

Speakers Kelly Doyle and Nate Mandel explore the provenance of the crew and the partnership with Tulsa Community College, challenges encountered, insights gained, and conclude with a broader set of national statistics and best practices for serving women participants in employment social enterprises.


Kelly Doyle, Deputy Executive Director, Midwest & Central

Kelly oversees all operations for CEO’s Midwest and Central offices. She was also recently appointed by the Governor to the 5-person state parole board in Oklahoma where she will review a backlog of more than 1,000 cases eligible for parole, pardon or commutation.

Nate Mandel, Sr. Innovation Analyst

Nate oversees program innovation and improvement projects across all of CEO’s 23 national offices. His focus is to create learning opportunities and trainings for staff that are practical, evidence-based, and approachable.
