Entering its second round of programming, the Bridge to Behavioral Health (B2BH) program continues to help Los Angeles County residents access rewarding careers in the growing behavioral health field. Led by Redefine Alliance and launched in 2025, B2BH provides comprehensive training, workforce readiness support, and career advancement opportunities for both new and experienced professionals, including justice-involved individuals. Through Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) training and specialized upskilling pathways in areas such as behavioral health, substance use disorder services, case management, and supervision, the program is creating clear pathways into in-demand, credentialed careers while helping meet the region’s workforce needs.
Los Angeles County High Road Training Partnerships (HRTP) empower residents by connecting them to industry-informed, worker-centered training programs that lead to sustainable, quality employment opportunities. These partnerships focus on sectors critical to the region’s economic growth, providing participants with the skills and support needed to thrive in high-demand careers.
