The LA:RISE Program is enrolling new participants at its partner transitional employers.

What is LA:RISE?

LA:RISE (Los Angeles Regional Initiative for Social Enterprise) is a transitional job training program.

It is a three to 12 month employment program that provides a paying job alongside training and support for Angelenos overcoming barriers to employment. Once job-ready, LA:RISE works with participants to find full-time, competitive employment.

How do I know if I am/an individual is eligible for LA:RISE?

In order to be eligible for this program, you must be:

  • An LA County resident
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Currently unemployed and seeking long-term employment
  • Currently experiencing homelessness, at-risk of homelessness, or previously experienced homelessness

How do I refer myself/an individual to LA:RISE?

If you are an individual looking for employment, or you provide services to clients looking for work, fill out the referral form below to get started!

Once you’ve submitted the form, you can expect to hear back from your selected transitional employer (Employment Social Enterprise) within two business days.
