Leading for Impact: Foundations Series was a virtual workshop series focused on building the core skills leaders need to effectively lead and manage teams.
In employment social enterprises, leaders must balance business performance with people-centered support while navigating complex team dynamics. Strong leadership foundations are essential to doing this work well.
This series equipped leaders with practical tools and frameworks to strengthen day-to-day leadership practice. Attendees will explore how to communicate more effectively, navigate conflict, and build stronger, more aligned teams. Sessions incorporated approaches like SMALLIFY, along with opportunities for reflection, discussion, and peer learning.
Designed to be interactive and immediately applicable, this series supported leaders in building the confidence and skills needed to lead with clarity and intention.
