Series Description

Leading for Impact:Thriving Through Change was a virtual workshop series that explores the skills, mindsets, and practical tools leaders need to thrive through change. As the environment around employment social enterprises continues to evolve, leaders are being asked to navigate new technologies, support their teams through uncertainty, and make thoughtful decisions in an increasingly complex landscape.

Whether you’re adapting to new technologies, shifting priorities, or evolving team needs, this series will help you build the confidence and capabilities to navigate change, support your team through uncertainty, and lead with curiosity, adaptability, and resilience, all while staying grounded in your mission and values.

Session Description

Building  conditions for trust, candor, learning, and shared ownership is key for strong leadership during times of change. In this session attendees will learn how to:

• Create Belonging Safety so people feel accepted, respected, and included 
• Foster Learning Safety where questions, mistakes, and experimentation are encouraged
• Enable Contribution safety so people can speak up, disagree, and raise concerns constructively
• Balance psychological safety with clear expectations and accountability 
• Apply practical tools to strengthen safety in real conversations and team dynamics
