Session Description

REDF is excited to host this workshop on the core elements of managing your team for organizational growth. 

Take part in an enlightening session, with Miki Clayton – a leading expert in Leadership & Talent whose content you can also find featured on REDFworkshop. Miki will guide us through the intricacies of thoughtfully redesigning an ESE to accommodate hiring growth while meeting the needs of both the organization and its employees. 

Participants in this session will walk away understanding the following:  

  1. Key considerations in scaling and redesigning your organization for mission-aligned growth.
  2. Understanding your ESE’s organizational needs during periods of growth, including adapting policies, workflows, and communication strategies to accommodate a changing workforce. 
  3. Considering the impact of organizational change on employees and their roles to mitigate burnout and retain employees during periods of organizational change. 

Audience: This session was designed for ESE leaders, HR professionals and decision-makers involved in planning and executing organizational growth strategies. As well as individuals interested in enhancing their understanding of organizational design and change management for growth.
