About This Resource
This session was part of the 2022-2023 Strengthen Program Design CE Series
In this final session with The Hub at New Moms we look at the last part of the enterprise experience: successfully making the leap to a new job. We’ll explore the relationship between goodness-of-fit matching and Executive Skills, and we’ll reference promising and best practices for post-employment program design, including case studies and new tools.
This session will also revisit the framework we learned in the first and second sessions, which asked attendees to consider how they might reduce frictions and barriers for participants at each step of the employment social enterprise experience.
Audience: It is designed for program directors or managers (i.e., senior program staff with ability to make decisions on program model and supports); and CEOs, Executive Directors, or Enterprise Directors/Managers with responsibility for program design.
