Session Title: Executive Skills: The Foundational Skills for Career Readiness and Economic Mobility
Workshop Description: There are two pathways within this course focused on supporting ESEs design and build the basic skills needed for a participant employee to be successful at your ESE and beyond. All attendees will take a workshop focused on the basics of executive skills and why they are the foundation to any career-readiness journey. From there, attendees can opt to pursue one of two pathways – one for those who do not have (or unhappy with) a career readiness curriculum, and another pathway for those seeking to integrate the executive sills methodology within their ESE.
Session Title: Lived Experience & Career Readiness (Workshop 1 of 2 for Career Readiness Pathway)
Workshop Description: Explore the concepts of one’s lived experience in relation to career readiness and labor market dynamics. Understand how your personal identity impacts your role as a facilitator.
