  • Session Title: Auditing for Compliance
  • Workshop Description: In addition to describing the role of the government (e.g., the Labor Commissioner, the Employment Development Department, and the Franchise Tax Board) in enforcing wage/hour laws, in this session, we will describe best practices for internally monitoring compliance. We will cover auditing payroll and time records and remediating instances of non-compliance.
