This session begins with an introduction to the marketing funnel as a framework for building your customer pipeline and managing towards sales goals.   

Then we dive into:

  • Sharing guidance for managing your sales funnel when you may be working across multiple sales channels including selling through third-parties like Amazon, grocery stores, and other physical- or online-locations.
  • Walking through a simple process for creating a sales strategy using the key levers that drive sales in each channel.
  • Exploring and creating low-cost, channel-specific marketing strategies that support your sales strategy.

This session is led by your fellow employment social enterprise leader Tamra Ryan, CEO of Women’s Bean Project in Denver, CO.
