The Back 2 Work (B2W) program, an innovative partnership with Butte County Office of Education and Caltrans, contracts with employment social enterprises and nonprofit organizations to connect individuals overcoming barriers to employment—including experiences of incarceration and homelessness—with jobs, training, and support.
B2W has expanded to over 40 counties in California, serving more than 6,500 people annually.
